OrderCatcher Smart Phone Mobile Application, branded SmartCatcher, is a Mobile App that takes advantage of Smart Phone data capabilities and OrderCatcher Speech Technology to deliver QSR Customer Speech applications to End Customers. End Customers using SmartCatcher are able to order food from a specific QSR Food Provider.

SmartCatcher also provide End Customer access to OrderCatcher Food Superstore App which is an OrderCatcher App that provides the End Customer with choices of QSR food providers. Once the End Customer selects a Food Provider, OrderCatcher Food Superstore  takes the End Customer order and delivers the order to the Food Provider Point of Sale System (POS). See Figure 2

OrderCatcher Speech Technology includes the Instant Speech Application Tool (ISAT), a proprietary tool developed by OrderCatcher that simplifies and expedite the creation of Customer Speech Applications. OrderCatcher Smart Phone Mobile Application is integrated with OrderCatcher Enterprise App , which allows customers to manage orders.
