We are sad to report the sudden passing of Richard Grant, a founder and Chief Technology Officer of OrderCatcher. Richard passed away peacefully on Friday October 6, 2009. Richard loved speech technology and throughout his career authored several speech patents and won numerous industry awards. As Chief Technology Officer he assisted in the development of the initial versions of our speech recognition technology. Richard greatly wanted to see speech technology become the interface between man and machine.
