Thomas P. Wicky is a seasoned hotelier with more than 30 years of management experience in luxury resort/real estate development properties.  He is presently Managing Director of Wicky and Associates an international management consulting firm specializing in high end real estate and resort development projects around the world.

Mr. Wicky’s hotel career began in Europe where he held positions in various departments of premier resorts and luxury urban hotels.

At four separate properties he was saddled with the task to earn the coveted Mobil 5-Star or the AAA 5- Diamond awards. Under Mr. Wicky’s executive leadership, the resorts successfully gained or regained the prestigious awards including The Boca Raton Hotel & Club, The Breakers in Palm Beach, The Cloister at Sea Island, Georgia and Hotel Intercontinental in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
