Sherry Harris is President of her own management consulting firm where she advises CEO’s and senior executives on strategy, innovation, brand equity and maximizing the customer experience. Clients include established and startup brands in restaurants, hospitality, retail and fashion.

Previously she was Executive Vice President of Ian Schrager Hotels, now the Morgans Hotel Group and market leader in luxury boutique hotels. Ms. Harris was hired by the founder to reinvent the customer experience and establish a new culture of modern service to expand the company image, drive revenue, and prepare for an IPO.

Previous positions included SVP with Montgomery Ward in Human Resources, Communications and Planning and Vice President with Clinique. Her early career was spent with the advertising firm of Foote Cone & Belding, MGM/United Artists and Paramount Pictures.

Ms. Harris received her education at Drew University and the University of Copenhagen.
